Healthcare complaint

I think the healthcare system needs a bit of work still, specifically dwarves deciding that they no longer need to be resting when they still have grievous injuries. One of my dwarves is up and about dragging his guts about on the ground behind him.

Strangely he has no treatment scheduled. Now that I think of it, upon the time of injury I believe the chief medical dwarf was not assigned, could this be the issue?

In the rare instances where my dwarves weren't killed instantly, my healthcare system actually did work. I was so happy to see the new feature go to work.
