stat increases?

What happened to the stat increases? Things like dwarves becoming more agile, stronger, etc?

It's no longer shown in the general screen of a unit. Instead the stat increases seem to have been placed to the screen with preferences and the like. One of the greenish texts, if I recall correctly.

So a dwarf who starts out:

He is agile, but weak

could become:

He is very agile, and strong
