Hello Friends...I'm on my second(maybe third) fortress in DF2010.I need my hunter hunting to get some food, because that is a cold mountain and there's no water to irrigation.I know my fortress is going to die dehydrated, but I want them not hungry when they die...

I'm assuming your hunter just sits there doing nothing?
go to the m(ilitary), choose f-ammunition, assign some ammo to "hunters"
make sure you've got your ammo stocked in a pile, as my hunters tend to ignore ammo left e.g.in the wagon
turn hunting labour off and then on. Your hunter should then start doing his job. If he runs out of ammo, and you'll craft some more later, you might need to turn the labour off and on again.
Also, make sure you've got o(ptions)-> r(efuse) set to "gather refuse from outside", else your game is going to rot out there.
As of yet, doing all of the above solved my hunting problems.

On a side note, start digging into the mountain. You'll probably find a cavern, which will be full of healthy mushrooms and water, with plenty of farmable mud.

There are dangers associated with cavern diving, but I'll let you take care of that.
