[0.31.01] Dwarves Don't sleep in rooms

Although the dwarves have nice assigned bedrooms they seem to randomly sleep in the first bed they fancy.  Even though my leader has the best bedroom in the fort he'll sleep all over the place.  Other dwarves also end up sleeping in his room.  Often he he sleeps in other rooms because someone else is sleeping in his room.

Am I missing some new order option to "sleep in your own damn room!" or is this a bug?
