[0.31.01]Legendary Dining Happy Thought

I have one unassigned dining room for all of my non-nobles. This dining room is rated as "fine" in View Rooms/Buildings.

All of my dwarves have a happy thought for having dined in a Legendary Dining Room. This is a couple years in so I don't think that could be from some dining experience they had before embark.

I think they compare the rooms they eat/sleep/whatnot in to their requirements - a noble who requires a legendary dining room will think nothing of eating in one, but a peasant who expects having to eat from the floor?

"woah, TABLE! and this chair has a SMOOTHED SURFACE to sit on? holy crap, that's epic! Dear armok, are those DISHES and CUTLERY? *weeps tears of happiness*"
