Wound Colour Codes?

In init.txt there is an option for changing the colour codes of wounds, what format are the colours in and how do I know what colour is what code to change them?

This is probably better suited for gameplay questions. If you check out this page on the wiki and look under "modding color" it will explain it better than I can.
