Right, it's probably been suggested a billion and a half times now, but I haven't taken the time to check, but whatever.  I know it doesn't really fit in with the theme of a constant world with different facets and all that, but I would like the ability to cut down on the monotony of finding an optimal site by having the ability to make one from scratch.  I hate wanting to have exactly what I'm looking for in a fort, but not being able to find it at all, and having to downsize for something less.  Being able to craft the site you embark on would really help with this.  What do you think?

Erwin the Elf woke up to a grand noise the other day. Startled, he quickly threw on his robes over his tie die pajamas, and ran out barefoot to see the commotion. He saw his friends, his family, and other members of his small community panicking. He ran, to try and figure out what was wrong, but everyone was panicking. He turned around, and then he saw it. The forests to the south were completely gone, and in their place, a huge mountain had formed. The mountain was made of pure obsidian and bauxite, with not a hint of microcline. A grand river flowed through it, with carp snapping at the heels of those who dared try and swim. A huge statue to a nameless god roared noiselessly as his eyes flowed magma to the grasslands below.

Get our diplomats ready, we must count the trees they cut down...

Dip Stick! The newest candy! Just dip it, then lick it!
Or try FUBAR! The best chocolate bar ever!
And you can't eat them, either, sadly. Even though it'd make sieges so much more fun; dwarves lining the walls, drooling and carrying sharp knives and forks, ready for the upcoming meals.

Yeah, I can't wait to see the arenas people put together for this thing. I give it two weeks before there's a java app that lets you draw new arenas.
