Free webchat with no strings?

Heres the situation. My aunt is having a birthday soon, and my grandma and grandpa want to use a webcam to see her. Anyone know any good, free hosting sites? Preferably without any strings? (gotomeeting.com actually signs you up when your free trial ends? We can handle E-mail spam, but...

I, too, support Skype.
And yeah, it's completely free unless you want to actually call phones.
