Lets play Max/Max 2

Anyone played and liked it?  :D I wonder if we could get a forum directed game going?

Example of forum directed game for Max/max 2;

Someone is Director General, overall commander whom has the last say on issues and orders (for me to run in game). He cannot propose orders, he can only ratify and deny orders (to a crippling degree if he wishes!!). However, the DG position is democratic, and a vote of no confidence can be made if one person proposes and another seconds it.

Someone is a surveyor, he decides which area we are to survey for minerals next, and begs the Director General to build a new mine there.

Military commanders will be given units over which they command, and can rename them at will.
Example, The Director of Navy affairs (made up name) will control the might navy of player(s) 1, a submarine and an escort.
Another may control the air force in its entirety, fighter command? bomber command? or maybe even a single fighter.

Army command can be given over any unit at any time, however an army commander must agree to relinquish command of it if the Director General requests it (for whatever reason).

Transport minister(s) are in command of supply/engineering/construction vehicles. They can press the DG to order more to be produced and they decide where the vehicles reside and in what order current orders of building construction are done (requested by the DG).

The industrial minister will command the industry such as light vehicle plants, heavy vehicle plants, aircraft, mines power plants etc etc. Power plants are also in his control to switch on and off in any building, if the amount needed exceeds the amount provided. Orders are directed from above for the construction of vehicles, the minister can disobey, obey, disregard at will. However the DG is willing to fire a disobedient industry minister.

Transport and industry minister must work together to decide how much resources the transport minister is allocated from the mines, how much goes to military production and how much is stockpiled in the mines/storage.
The industrialists can attempt to withold resources, at the risk of being fired (if the DG is considerably militarist) or praised as a keen industrialist.

As you can see, political intrigue is possible, however one cannot make civil war.

It is possible to have two sides each with these number of ministers. Both vying for control of the map and its resources!
The players will issue their orders for the turn if necessary and the DG will either ratify or deny those orders. There is no limit to the number of orders proposed, but a DG whom denys everyones orders will quickly be ousted by a vote of no confidence by the other players. Initiating election of the new DG.

If people are interested in this concept, i will provide more comprehensive details of the games workings (resources info, unit info etc etc).

The minimum number of players we need not including me is 2 DG's, the rest just add fun and intrigue. Teams must however be equal in number of players.
