If the dwarven women have beards it doesn't mean they are gays...
I vote against it because I don't want this part to be implemented before we have more complex NORMAL relations. My opinion .

Stone beds with components are nice.
It's not worse to trade for cloth for stone beds than for trees for wood ones.

I'd like to see the crimes idea more controllable.
Let the mandates alone but I'd like to see some in-game settings like "parties are legal/matter of state/disallowed", "private societies are allowed/controlled/prohibited", "trespassing a private property bounds is punishable by fee/beating/death", "delay in tax payment is punishable by fee/beating/death", "abortion is legal/disallowed". We need more complex crime system for this like "gambling" or "black market" (where dwarves trade some specific goods directly to each other without shops and corresponding taxes).

I didn't say that dwarven chicks were gay because they have beards, and of course I don't mean implement that one NOW.
