Ancient Indo-European Mythology and Religion
« on: February 28, 2008, 03:28:00 pm »

I'm currently in an Ancient Indo-European Mythology and Religion class in college, and my professor seems to be very well versed on the subject. He's very into it and very knowledgeable about his field. He also is willing to talk to the students one-on-one, and I was wondering if Toady would be interested in being able to ask him a few questions about the creation and organization of polytheistic religions.

I like the religions the way they are. "When you wake up in the morning, consider suicide."

While I understand the suggestion, there's something very "Dwarf Fortress" about the deities now.

It's all so basic right now I wouldn't have anything to ask that I couldn't just look up.  I imagine the prof would be handier for trickier questions, places the game probably won't get.
