So I think I fucked up... Somehow I made a downward stairway on another downward stairway, so the dwarfs in my bottom level can't get up and wise versa.
 
So my question is; Can I delete stairs or move them somehow? And yes... I'm new

b-c and select up/down stairs. Place this on the bottom downwards stairs. You will need somebody with masonry enabled to make it out of rock.

if there's enough room you can dig out or build upward ramps, from "d" menu.

if you build an up/down stair on a lvl, it will go down from that level and up back again, but not up from the lvl on which you built it. so to go up from that lvl you need an upward ramp (it will also go back down on that lvl where you built it)
