More Power For The Modders

I'd like to see more customizable variables in the raws. examples:
  • multipliers for values of items(why should blocks be worth more?)
  • migration rate(every x tiles revealed, y dwarfbucks z modifier for next;[migrate:1200:10000:2] for creatures
  • number of tiles in a cluster(alternatively abandon the ':cluster:' and ':cluster_small:' alltogether and only place the corresponding numbers there instead, like 'environment/environment_spec:material:min:max:chance'

the main reason i want to have more power over this is so we can create clusters inside of clusters ... i'm looking at you microcline and orthoclase!
