This Giant Spiked Cave Spider is immaculately preserved. It is framed with Redwood and Crystal Glass. It is of the highest quality.

Let's try the description again, shall we?

This is a giant cave spider corpse.  All craftsdwarfship is of the highest quality.  It is adorned with squares of redwood and crystal glass, and menaces with spikes of chitin.  On the item is an image of text in iron.  The text describes a giant cave spider and a dwarf.  The dwarf is striking down the giant cave spider.  This image relates to the defeat of the giant cave spider in Realbutterflygifts in 2010.

That's not a "Giant Cave Spider"

That's just a standard one. We should make socks out of it's webbing. They'd sell for a pretty ¤.

By Grungni's beard, that spider looks scary. Sure, it's just a little one, but imagine that beast being a few meters high! I wouldn't want to face it then without a small throng of axedwarfs.

That thing is more scorpion than spider.

Imagine it grabbing you in the nech with all those spikes.

Heh, I have seen quite a few of those in 'Deadliest catch". Huuuuuge crabs. Now imagine those things also being 2 meters high. One swipe of a pincer, one snap and a Dwarf loses a head ... or legs.
