i get my forts set up in no time at all  but i get bored befor i get attacks on it and end up just starting a new one i need a way to get something going like on my second year, i would like to use digdeeper but im useing the mayday sets and i want my orcs and things that make fun to not be just letters

so is there a way to get the fun stuff of digdeeper with the looks of the mayday stuff?

Very easily. Just install the Mayday tileset manually like you would any other tileset, rather than using the all-in-one download from the Mayday website, as that has not just the tileset, but also a few mods.
