It'd be cool for really elite liberals that are good at healing to be able to resurrect the dead (anybody who is dead, either on your side or the Conservative enemy) to fight as undead zombie Liberals.  The undead zombies would not be very good at anything social like seduction or persuasion, and would stick out like a sore thumb (not be any good at disguise or stealth), but they would be ridiculously powerful fighters and they would also be very good at interrogating prisoners since they would be so scary.

The undead zombies would be loyal to whichever Liberal resurrected them, but if that person dies, they would all switch loyalty immediately to Conservative, and then you would find hordes of undead Conservative zombies all over the place, wherever you go (and you would easily be able to avoid fighting them through stealth and/or disguise since they aren't that smart, but if they attack you they would be quite powerful).

If you are at that point where there are undead Conservative zombies everywhere (caused by you resurrecting dead people and then the person who resurrected them dying), then if you kill a whole lot of them (several times the number that you had as Liberal zombies before they got freed from your control) the zombies will be completely wiped out and things will go back to normal, and the public will have a very heroic image of the Liberal Crime Squad as the group that saved humanity from the evil zombie apocalypse, with the LCS becoming known to 100% of the public and having a 100% approval rating (at least temporarily).

However, if the public finds out that you created the zombies in the first place, they will have a very negative opinion of the Liberal Crime Squad, and the group's popularity will immediately plummet to 0% (at least temporarily).  This will happen if the person who resurrected the zombies, while still alive, is ever arrested and then questioned by the police.

Also, zombies never age, but the person who resurrects them does age, and if that person dies of old age, the zombies will all turn Conservative.  You won't have the option of killing your own Liberal zombies while they are still on your side... you will be stuck with them, unless you send them off on some suicide mission.

Basically zombies would be quite stupid, unattractive, scary to people, and great at fighting.  They would have at least one weakness... maybe fire or something... and anyone with the right weapon to defeat zombies could do it quite easily, but maybe not before taking quite a bit of damage themselves.

Zombies would not be able to fight using guns or any weapons, but just hand-to-hand melee combat, but you would be able to equip clothing on them (they would start out wearing whatever the person who died was wearing).

Also, resurrecting zombies would be a very heinous crime, and get you a lot of heat, and the punishment for it would be execution, unless the death penalty is at L+, in which case it would be multiple life sentences, one for each person resurrected.

It would still be possible to be found innocent, if you have a really good lawyer and a sleeper judge and all of that stuff.  Zombies found by the police would not be arrested or charged with crimes but instead simply killed on the spot, regardless of where any of the issues stand.

Also, once the public finds out that there are zombies around, the military would get deployed all over the place, with soldiers everywhere and possible military sieges of your hideouts if they find out you have Liberal zombies.

The military would also be everywhere if there are Conservative zombies on the loose, supposedly fighting them, but only you would be able to defeat them.  If there are Conservative zombies on the loose and you fail to defeat them within a certain amount of time (say, 6 months), the zombies will take over the world and you will lose the game.

It would actually be possible to have Liberal and Conservative undead zombies at the same time, if more than one Elite Liberal with very high First Aid was resurrecting the dead, and one of the necromancers was killed but not the other, and then you could actually use your Liberal zombies to defeat the Conservative zombies, if you had enough forces to outnumber them.  And all of this Zombie Apocalypse mayhem can be a hidden feature that people don't notice unless they level someone with high first aid skill up to Elite Liberal with a Juice of 1000.

By that, I understand that Cheddarius is a CCS covert agent. I say we interrogate him.

No elite liberal skills. It's a waste of time and it makes the system needlessly complicated/gamey, IMHO. These things can be done

Well, I don't like you just shooting down the idea. You could've suggested something better. This was all just an idea to expand what high level liberals can do.

Though, I find it immensely easy to boost most of my liberals to 500 or more - I just take them with my thief on massive hotel raids and get tons of juice.

I suggested 500 juice because if it was 1000 juice and your liberal screwed up, they could lose juice and lose the elite liberal skills.

I didn't mean that the limit would be 1000 juice - I meant that maybe these things would be too easy to get, since juice is so plentiful. Perhaps there should be some other way to get Elite Liberal Skills - for example, one could unlock a Elite Club Skill, Grand Slam (which would enable liberals to occasionally hit multiple agents out of combat for a multiple-enemy one-hit KO), by, say, having 500+ juice, wielding a special club (Baseball Bat), and having attacked with a club 100 times or more.

Sounds a lot like some kind of achievements system.  I like it.  As long as there's one for whoring yourself out a certain number of times.  I'm not sure what that would give you, per sé, I just want to be able to justify prostitution.

I did suggest something better. This is me quoting myself:

Quote
Elite liberal titles unlocked once a character's skills reach a certain level. You pick from the default ones or the ones the character has earned.

I meant something that would benefit the player. Not some fancy title that does effectively nothing.

Well, you know, Conservative Swine does have a point. I think these would be awesome, but I think maybe some other things could use work first - and just because he doesn't have a similar better idea doesn't mean that this one is automatically good.
