yes a 3x3 works great for fps limiting
i get 45-65 fps easy

and i even claimed a human town

i wanted to drown them all
and collapse their city into mud

still even with humans and several zlayers going on with water everywhere on a 3x3 ontop of a human settlement i get great fps

this is refreshing since before i had be doing a whopping 19-26fps
