I'm trying to make my custom race war elephant mounts. Is there any specific size the custom race will have to be to be able to ride the elephants since dwarves can not ride horse?

Also is the wiki telling the truth when it says [Can_Civ] stops [No_Sleep] [No_Eat][No_Drink] from working?

Attacking you then yes they will ride them (but so will humans and elves).

Playable races can't ride yet.

Try to add [NO_DRINK] to an intelligent creature (i.e. dwarf) and you'll see that it works.

I tried out adventure mode with a human modded with NO_SLEEP, NO_EAT, and NO_DRINK and the result seems haphazard. After a while I got thirsty but I didn't get hungry at the same time and I didn't seem to need to sleep.

I didn't mean adventure mode. It looks like DF and Adv modes work in a different way.
