Magma Pressure
« on: January 26, 2010, 07:49:54 pm »

Since the reports on the forums and wiki were wishy-washy, I decided to test if magma can be pressurized by a pump, and if so, by how much.

so, I built a pump, hooked it up to a U bend and told Urist McGlassPumper to pump.
The results were
*drum roll*
The magma rose to the level of the pump.

Which means I have to redesign my magma death trap. :-\

I think I read something about diagonals depressurizing liquids. Might want to try that.
