Hm, very odd stuff.  I did some running around in adventure mode and could not find any plate mail anywhere other than in human stores.  Being worn, no.

I eventually just modded in some unique armor for every race, to go with the unique weapons I gave everyone awhile back.  I can't help it, modding is a compulsion.  Yay for lamellar and brigandine and stuff, though.

Hm, I'ma see if I can get an elf adventurer to spawn with wooden chain mail.
