Okay.  I have been searching for an especially awesome image editor lately, and I have found THIS, through the helpful medium of WINDOWS HELP THINGY (the OHGOD what does this file extension even mean?!?!! ".pns").  It seems to be amazing.  Although I'm not sure why...  The other image editor that windows suggested was something really expensive. NOT HAPPENING, MICROSOFT.

GIMP 2.0 I also have.  I haven't taken a good look at it though.  SO COMPLICATED.
