Embark profile: save custom names, re-order starting dwarfs

Two things regarding embark profiles:

1) If you give a custom profession name or nickname to a dwarf, it should be saved in the embark profile.

2) As things are now, when I load an embark profile, if the skill-set I have for dwarf #1 isn't the one I want to give a dwarf with his/her preferences and personality, I have to manually swap the skills with a different dwarf.  Instead, I'd like to be able to keep the skill-sets (and custom names) in place but move the dwarfs up and down the list, so I can easily make it so that the dwarf which is likely to wind up mayor isn't one who'll mandate glass items on a region with no sand.
