It's the DFC or Dwarf Fortress Community, there is a thread in other games and this question seems to get asked a lot.

Theres about 250 of us atm. We have our own TF2 server and that. And discussions are in the Other Games section of these humble forums :D

The description says we have a DFC Killing Floor server, which is cool and stuff, but it doesn't appear to exist.  :[
