Help with Editing an Adobe Reader File

Can I? I want to change some things in it. I know its a reader but is it even possible to change anything?

Not without other apps. Best bet is Adobe's of course but those are expensive as fuck (unless you have no morals, like me). Usually for work with my sister's print shop I ended up using Photoshop to edit them.

Not unless the .PDF in question is marked as Collaborative or you have the original source files from which the PDF was created from.

Unless it's also marked to let you copy and paste, but then you'd have to copy-paste-edit-convert the whole thing.
