multithreaded means that there are operations going on at the same time which can work on one processor as well as more. multicore is specifically for multiple cores running simultaneously.

anyone like the Propeller chip? I think it's awesome... just... well... computers based on some of these would rock. AND the motherboard would cost about... $150? nice I think.

yeah. custom-made by them. costs $40 I think, if not less.
a whole Hydra board used to cost $150, and you could load extra cards/make your own for $0-60.
Plus PSI connectors and video outputs.

programming that thing would be a pain in the @$$ though.
