That's pretty cool. I wonder how many other people have found DF through TVTropes.

(Which is my way of saying: we should put links to the Dwarf Fortress trope page in every place that's even the slightest bit relevant. Bring mroe people into the fold!)

 It's the dwarf fortress page, not the B12 community page. Doing that is like the SA goons having their own community reference page.

 And I never really had a desire to edit wiki page, so you'll never find me on there.

And even there, they have a strict (to the extent anything on a wiki is strict) policy against making pages about individual people.  TVTropes is a repository of exactly that, not any nodule of information you happen to mention.

It was the opposite way round for me. I found DF/these forums early on and through them have been introduced to a lot of other stuff.
