Layout planning/drawing utility?

Sorry about this, but I could've sworn I saw something a while ago about a utility that allowed you to draw/designate layouts using the DF tileset, including placing furniture and stuff, but now I can't find it, and I'm not sure what search terms to use. Could someone point me in the right direction to find it?
