Stonesense help

I load up my save game, open stonesense & hit F9... then it comes up with 'Could not find DF process'.
I'm running windows 7 so it may be compatibility issues. I've never run a DF addon before so i don't know if i need to put the stonesense folder in some specific loacation, then run it?
Any help would be great. Would love to see how it looks

You should really ask in the Stonesense thread in the Modding forum. Not to be sharp, but the Dwarf Fortress forums are really meant to be about Dwarf Fortress.

Yeah, this really isn't the board to ask about third party utilities.  But more importantly, the folk on the Modding Board are just going to be more knowledgeable about the matter.  The difference in boards isn't just material, it's people; the people that hang out on the Modding board are mostly different from those on the Gameplay board so naturally, the folk on the Modding board are just going to know more about messing with the game in unintended, external ways.  There's a comparatively small number of us that hang out on both boards.
