Uh. "Acoustic" isn't a company. I don't get why you're acting frustrated either; you asked the question, after all. Yes, it's a regular old acoustic six-string right-handed guitar with a cutoff. Just go to a music store and ask to be pointed to the acoustics.

e- If you want to be able to plug it into an amp with a patch chord, make sure it's got an pickup. It'll be called an electric/acoustic then usually.
