Does anyone know any particulars about using coral in reactions?  Is it a gem, or a stone?  I just traded for a coral scepter, and iirc gems can occasionally become scepters.  The wiki has no info on this material, so I thought I'd ask.

Coral and Amber are both mysterious objects. Very mysterious. Have you checked this http://dwarffortresswiki.net/index.php/Material_tokens page?

Yeah... so I'll try using it as a creature token, but it didn't have one as an trade item.  Moreso, I was trying to figure out it's intrinsic value.  Hun, guess I'll experiment at the smelter.
