Metalsmiths on Strike!

Alright, so I have a potentially uber dangerous problem on my hand.  For some reason (very random, don't know what/why it started) all of my metalsmiths (the smelters/armorers/etc) are refusing to smelt and make armor.  And seeing as I should be getting ambushers soon, and my soldiers aren't fully equipped yet I foresee 'fun'.

Nevermind epic fail...I iz noob with using 'forbid' apparently when using it in mass... -.-
