You need to make said elf leather into the most amazing work of art.  Embed it with every kind of gem you have, stud it with metals, and sew images into it.  Erect a shrine outside your fort with that in the center.  Let the elves know that you view their very skin as naught more but a medium for your dwarves to work on.

If you can stun the clowns with a cave-in and cage them... can the Dungeon Master tame them?

Imagine how cool it would be, having your fort guarded by clowns!

They would need the [PET_EXOTIC] tag in their 'creature_standard' entries to do that, but since you can mod that in without a regen you could easily do it.

More breaking news... some immigrants arrived, and one of them went into a Strange Mood after taking only eight steps onto the map. He became a Legendary Bonecarver.

I wonder what the record is... probably immediately on entry, I suppose.
