[40D16] Hotkey locations don't account for resized window

simple problem, playing in window mode, stretched to fill screen. set hotkey locations(the Fkeys) it seems like it considers the windows original center as the zoom to location and not the center of the re-sized window.

It doesn't actually zoom to the center, but to the upper-right corner.
