QFT.  I'm not going to expand on this at all, just mention that it had to be said.
(We're still not allowed to use Micky Mouse in anything, and his creator had been dead, for what, almost 45 years now?  This stuff was supposed to fall into the public domain after 25 years to enrich culture).

Well, everything H.P. Lovecraft wrote has been in the public domain since he died, you can find it all on the Interweb.

Of course, combining this with the previous post gives me the awesomely horrible mental image of a Disney/Cthulhu crossover fanfic.
