Having problems using mods
« on: October 14, 2009, 03:48:49 pm »

Hey, I'm pretty new to all this, so I'm probably doing something stupid, but I got the Mayday graphics mod working just fine, but then I tried the RantingRodent mod and now the screens will flash, to the point where I can't tell what's going on. What am I doing wrong?

It might be the PRINT_MODE setting in your init.txt. You can get flashing if it's set to PARTIAL with to low a number. Try setting it to standard, if it isn't already.

What version of DF are you using? 40d? 40d16?

Changing PARTIAL_PRINT to no made it work perfectly. Using the newest DF. Thanks for the help.
