Getting the game to size to fit window
« on: October 18, 2009, 07:45:32 pm »

Hey, guys. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I seem to be having some technical difficulties with the game, and none of settings fiddling seems to be absolving the issue. When I enable graphics, the game no longer sizes to fit the window, and goes off the right side, unseen:

I'm sure that there is probably just one setting I need to change and that you're all laughing at me for my inability to figure it out, but I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me what to do so that I can go onto build my first dwarf fortress. Thanks in advance! :D

See wiki, "init.txt".

It's a file that controls gameplay, presentation and interface. Discusses there how-to.
