When you build a building, the dwarf that builds it will first move all ore, stone, etc. off of the build site.

This doesn't happen with stockpiles, though, and I'm getting pretty dang annoyed at my weapons/beer stockpiles not being used because half of the stockpile is covered with random stones.

So please, give us the ability to pick a stockpile and order dwarfs to "Clean Stockpile", which removes all objects from the stockpile that aren't actually stored in it.

...but let's make sure it's an option available when teh stockpile is selected, rather than something that is *always* done when creating a stockpile, as is done when building a building. It would be very annoying, for example, to have dwarves clear stone out of an area designated for stone.
