Item Nicknames

I'd love the ability to nickname items. Be it artifacts or that masterpiece fire imp bone microline coffin. If this is possible, feel free to verbally tar and feather me.  :'(

Or perhaps name swords, like that masterwork steel blade wielded by your captain of the guard with 50 kills, that was passed down from the very first champion your fort possessed and slew a hydra - thanks to the name, you can trace the weapon's history.

The system giving items names is in the dev_notes, but this is a great addition

IIRC some means of official "pseudo-artifacting" or naming of great weapons is supposed to occur in a coming version, perhaps the next one.

I think weapons should be able to appear in the legends if they kill enough enemies.  These legendary weapons should also attract warriors to actively go looking for them, to encourage their stories to be more awesome.
