Cliffs in Worldgen

Will increasing the number of years worldgen runs degrade cliffs via erosion?

The number of years only affects history, I'm pretty sure.

I believe what you want to do is mess around with erosion. Less erosion = more cliffs while the more erosion the less cliffs.  Also the average height/steepness of mountains is affected as well.  That's if I remember correctly.

Also, I don't think sheer cliffs exist anymore except where created by chasms/rivers/volcanoes.

There are also rare anomalies where sheer cliffs can be created between a low elevation biome and a mountain biome, but...  those are just anomalies.
