My stupid mayor/broker decides to "No Job" even when I requested a broker at the trade depot.

And my diplomat is deciding to tour my fort, and has also decided to see the goblin ambush in action. Luckily, he didn't get too near, and the goblins were too busy with my military dwarves to attack him. What the hell is he doing? He has since decided to continue touring my fort uninvited.

This happens sometimes, try setting the depot to not ask a trader, wait a few seconds, and set it to ask again, that helps as the job is high priority, and will then be set above doing nothing(After eating/drinking/sleeping, the broker sometimes decides trading priority is below doing nothing)
