I can't imagine what I'd put into that box that would be nasty or become nasty.

Haven't you seen ice packs?  You stick them in the freezer overnight, then put them in the lunchbox in the morning and they'll keep it refrigerated.  Anything you can normally keep in a fridge (probably excluding raw meat/fish) will keep fine until lunch -- leftovers, sandwiches, whatever.  Not eating breakfast OR lunch is pretty extreme.

How to lose weight:
1. Eat less(but don't starve yourself!). As Dj said your stomach shrinks.
2. Eat better cutting back especially hard on sweet/fatty/unnatural foods which are replaced with natural, light food.
3. Get more exercise. Walk, bike, jog, use a rowing machine, hike, use a jumproap. Theres no shortage of options

's how I lost weight. You don't need a fancy diet or to count calories, that will only make you misserable.

4. Eat a breakfast with plenty of protein

I need a good "Not breakfast food" strategy that I have access to.

Though I am not a firm believer in splitting up what can be eaten for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

It isn't that I am downright against Breakfast

It is that it really wears on me after a while. Eggs, probably because I used to and may still be alergic, really lose being tasty in about two days tops.

Breakfast Sausage and Bacon as well.

Hashbrowns I could eat forever but they arn't really healthy at all.

I LOVE French Toast... but I realise that it is a bit more of a treat then a meal. So I can't eat that (with a big glass of milk) everyday unless I do a serious workout.
-I realise THIS is why breakfast foods, outside of oatmeal, tend to be the most fattening sugar filled oil dripping foods you eat. Since that is when you need most of the energy. The Lumberjack meal, back when they used axes, makes perfect sense...

Also here is a problem

On Wednesdays I have a Solid Block of no eating until Dinner. Effectively all I get to eat is Breakfast and anything that is silent and has no smell. I also rarely feel like eating breakfast anyhow on that day.

I dunno.. I've always felt that the human body tunes itself to be at the ideal weight over time. And ideal nutrients. You'll crave the sort of things your body needs, just enough proteins, nutrients, etc. Health advice seem to be based entirely on experimentation, sometimes on rats, not people, and a lot of it don't control variables well enough.

I think DJ got it right.. you just have to trick yourself into eating less and less. We're sort of culturally trained to "finish our food, the children in africa are starving" and I think that's what's fattening people. Eat a smaller portion than you're used to. Eventually you'll get used to smaller portions; no need to staple your stomach or anything.

Fast food itself doesn't make people unhealthy. It's the excessively large portions and the free drinks and fries that fatten people. Eat sugar when you want, just don't drink a litre of coke just because you got it for free. Salt, fat is fine. Forcing yourself to eat fat because it makes you skinny isn't. I bet the reason the Atkins diet works is because it makes people too sick to eat that stuff. Atkins did die of heart disease.

Back on topic, yeah, sleep deprivation would make you fat too. But I get sleepy when I'm hungry, so I think excessive sleeping's a way to conserve food.

Eat pies and drink beer, go out for a walk, go back to the pub, walk some more, go rowing.

Eat foods you have to prepare yourself. Buy shelled nuts so you can't stuff your face with them all at once, they're fun to crack anyway.
