Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

Doesn't that Byond game Dungeon Master have gas? I heard someone made a death chamber which they flooded with a deadly gas.

Evil Genius had a whole slew of gas traps, many of which weren't lethal.

If you're into Roguelikes, Slash'EM has gas grenades and Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup has spells that shoot clouds of poison gas that confuses/poisons your foes.

Team17's Worms series. Dirty grenades that poisons your enemies and make their health go down every turn. You can setup a custom game so you have unlimited number to use.

I recall in Hitman 3, you get to kill a target by steaming him to death in a sauna.

Hitman 1 too.


Anyways, in Emperor: battle for dune, the Ordos get chemical weapons.  Very good against infantry.

UFO:AI has some a Chemical grenade and a Smoke/chaff grenade, both of which deal decent damage.
