When doing stone/bone/woodcrafting, I understand that 1 unit of material yields (up to?) 3 crafts. Does this mean that the crafters get potentially 3x xp?

it's on a per job basis, but not per product. One Mug job produces 3 mugs, but it's still only 1 job.
