Oddly enough using pen and paper logic the answer is no.

Scientists were never civilians because you can't lose or replace levels.

Even though this contradicts what it means to be a scientist.

I guess I'll look over it when I have time. You couldn't have done any worse then the homemade Pen and Paper RPGs I've had to read... It sounds like you at LEAST avoided the common error of "Lets make a Japanese RPG except as a Pen and Paper game" that is all too common.
