[40d14] No Escape from adventurer death. [DuPlIcAtE LOCKED]

When your adventurer dies in the new build, it's impossible to close out the character. It's kinda like the no way to exit travel screen bug from a couple Ds ago, in that the game is simply not responding to key presses.
