Does anyone know if the new description system keeps track of wounds. Urist McHooks normally long nose has been cleft in two.

Edit: I was being serious, about wounds affecting descriptions. Especially with the new descriptions appearing in the new version. The comment of questionable taste at the end came out because I'm to creative for my own good.
