Has anyone seen this before
« on: August 25, 2009, 06:12:49 pm »

This is the tomb for a now-deceased Baron from a succession game.

As you can see, there's a hematite vein that goes through the tomb.  Nothing special there.  But the really interesting thing is that most of the baron's stuff in the tomb ended up placed on the vein.  I've never seen this before.  Has anyone else?

Weird. might be because it has higher value...

I agree with Urist. Steampunk is like Darth Vader winning Holland's Next Top Model. It would be awesome but not something I'd like in this game.
Unfortunately dying involves the amputation of the entire body from the dwarf.

no, no i have not.  thats really awesome, and is pretty clearly because of the tile value.

it would be interesting to experiment with, by making multiple tombs with multiple designs.  perhaps one would have lots of tables, and you could see if dwarfs prefer to place owned items on tables or in coffers or cabinets, and if the value of each seems to have an effect.  perhaps partially engraving would also be an interesting experiment.
