I wonder if it's like a Toadyone effect. He makes the slightest motions and 10's of famous fans at once feel compelled to express their love and like of Dwarf Fortress, Armok 1, or ToadyOne in general. However, if there is one thing they should recognize, is Toady worked on his games while working on a thesis. That's pretty damn impressive.

I've always wondered how Flat Chains in Banach Spaces can be related to Dwarf Fortress.
