Basically, I came up with an Idea, im at least a Talented Modder, the dwarves would be GDI, Nod for gobbos, Forgotten for Humans, other mutants for Kobolds and Elves

Also, I don't think NOD and GDI would fit much, I think it would be much better if you did a "tiberium in medieval times" version.

Tiberum is mined, trees are Mutated trees, other tiberum could replace dirt, blue tiberum replaces streel, and can be smelted
