Allright, i have a question for all of you:

if i have a map that is freezing, how long will it take an aquifer to freeze once i dig it up?

Also, i need mega project ideas, along with a few of their requirements. if you guys can help me, i'd appreciate it.

Edit: actually, how about a dwarven get away? spas, massages, and the like. any ideas regarding that one as well?

Underground water never freezes. You'd have to raise it to the surface level to freeze it. Or possibly make it be outside by channeling away the ceiling; it's been awhile since I worked on a glacier with an aquifer.

If it's cold enough for water to freeze, it will freeze instantly.
